"Deadpool & Wolverine" is an upcoming American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics characters Deadpool and Wolverine. Produced by Marvel Studios, Maximum Effort, and 21 Laps Entertainment, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is set to be the 34th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and a sequel to "Deadpool" (2016) and "Deadpool 2" (2018). Directed by Shawn Levy, who co-wrote the screenplay with Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells, the film stars Reynolds and Hugh Jackman reprising their roles as Deadpool and Wolverine. They are joined by Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen. The plot follows the Time Variance Authority (TVA) as they enlist Deadpool from his peaceful life for a mission with Wolverine that will alter the course of MCU history.
